City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP (CPGI) owns and manages a diverse property portfolio comprising some 700 land and property assets and approximately 1,800 units across the City of Glasgow.  We have over 1,100 tenants including large blue-chip corporations, industrial and retail businesses, Glasgow City Council and ALEOs, Education institutions, Religious, cultural and sporting groups, community groups and charities.

Property Management

The Investment team is responsible for the provision of professional, property and tenant management services across the portfolio. The team also works to prioritise property development and upgrades to increase occupancy rates and reduce the number of vacant properties. External property agents are responsible for marketing activity, as well as supporting the onsite team with property management, lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews. Agents that we work with include Graham & Sibbald for the commercial properties and Rettie for the residential units.

Asset Maximisation

Our Asset Maximisation team works alongside the Property Management team to explore opportunities to improve income streams through development and/or lease regears, realise capital receipts and reduce property holding costs via disposals. This proactive management of the property portfolio ensures healthy growth prospects for both income and the capital.
