Property For Sale
City Property (Glasgow) LLP is responsible for the marketing and sale of surplus properties both from Glasgow City Council and City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP. Our property selection is very diverse from former schoolhouses to major land development sites.
The lead in time to advertise our properties can vary and so we advertise these in the 'Upcoming properties for sale' link below to give potential purchasers as much notice as possible.

Our Process
Properties become available for disposal once they have been formally declared surplus (by Glasgow City Council or City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP) and our Disposal Team ensures that these are brought to the market as soon as possible.
All disposals are carried out on a competitive tender basis where in most instances, offers will be invited for the heritable interest as an outright disposal or occasionally as a long leasehold.
We promote our properties to the market through a number of channels including our website, social media and other advertising methods appropriate for the type of property.
Once there is interest in the property, a closing date will be set for receipt of offers and a bid guidance issued for each party who has registered an interest. It should be noted that if you are interested in any property then you should ensure that you have registered your interest to allow City Property to keep you up to date with any changes to the bid process or timescales for receipt of offers.
At the closing date offers must be submitted by the time and date specified in the bid guidance and in the format requested. Any offers not in compliance with the bid guidance may not be considered. Once bids are received, they are evaluated and a recommendation is made to the Council or City Property Board on bid progression.
If you have any queries on a particular property, please contact the assigned agent who will be happy to assist. Alternatively, please use the contact form on the website property listing should you require clarification on any other points.
