Sale of 39 Napiershall Street to Kelvin Properties confirmed
City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP (CPGI) is pleased to confirm the recent sale of a 21,410 sq. ft. former 1890s school building to Kelvin Properties who will convert the property into an exciting development of 49 new homes and a range of amenities for residents.
Located between Great Western Road and Maryhill Road, work has commenced to convert the former Napiershall Street School into a four-storey residential development of 24 flats, including four penthouse apartments. In addition, a new build L-shaped block will be formed within the grounds to provide a further 25 apartments.
Kelvin Properties is working with architects, Haus Collective to retain key period features of the red sandstone building, such as the central atrium and staircase. Features of the development will also include bike storage and EV charging stations to support environmentally friendly modes of transport, as well as a green lawn with an area for planting, rainwater gardens and flowering plants to promote biodiversity.
