City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP (CPGI) has a dedicated shop unit in the city centre to offer a range of tenant services, letting and sales enquiries.  Services that we provide to our tenants include:

• Services by appointment for existing tenants with their Property Manager to discuss any property related issues, including repairs and debt management, 
• Assistance for potential new tenants in finding and leasing commercial premises.
• Access to business start-up support through partner agencies.
• A meeting space for new tenants to meet both their letting agent and landlord.
• Information on land and property sales as well as upcoming development opportunities.
